Fuerte Hoteles awarded the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for another year running
Fuerte Hoteles has received TripAdvisor ® 2014 Certificates of Excellence for all of its establishments. The awards acknowledge the tourism establishments ranked highest by users of one of the largest travel websites in the world.
The award, which is given in recognition of “outstanding” hospitality, is only given to businesses that continuously receive exceptional feedback from travellers on TripAdvisor. In fact only 10% of businesses with TripAdvisor profiles receive this prestigious recognition.
In order to obtain the Certificate of Excellence, the Fuerte Marbella, Fuerte Miramar (including its Beach Club restaurant), Fuerte Conil - Costa Luz, Fuerte Estepona and Fuerte El Rompido hotels, as well as the Fuerte Calaceite apartments, have maintained a minimum overall score of four points (of a possible maximum of five), awarded based on opinions of travellers who have stayed at the hotels.
Feedback by the most important people, clients
For Fuerte Hoteles, “it is a source of true pride to receive the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence, and we would like to express our thanks to all of our guests who took the time to send feedback to TripAdvisor about our services”, said José Luque, Managing Director of the chain. Luque finished by stating that “there is no better seal of approval of our quality than being recognised by our own guests; this award is a vote of confidence in Fuerte Hoteles and allows us to continue working on our continuous commitment to excellence.”
Marc Charron, TripAdvisor’s president for companies, affirmed that “the Certificate of Excellence awarded to the best establishments is merely a well-deserved recognition based on feedback given by the most important people – your guests”. From Australia to Zimbabwe, “we would like congratulate these exceptional businesses for offering TripAdvisor travellers a great guest experience.”
