The Hotel Fuerte Marbella Completes Its Renovations Ahead of the Easter Holidays
After three months of extensive renovations and energy saving measures, the Marbella landmark hotel is gearing up for the holiday season, with all the amenities and specialties it is known for.
The Hotel Fuerte Marbella’s is now proud to introduce the upgrades and renovations promised for the Levante Property, completed over a three-month period, just in time for the Easter and Summer holiday seasons.
Specifically, this has included remodeling work related to the installations of a new HVAC duct system and the disconnection of the same system from open doors and terraces. Additionally, we have mounted new aluminum frames with double glazing, replaced bathtubs with showers in 25 of our luxurious rooms, replaced curtains with glass partitions in the bathrooms and replaced outdated flooring with new carpets.
The hotel’s manage, Maria Antunez, explained that these improvements make the Hotel Fuerte Marbella a “more responsible establishment by applying major energy saving measures and aesthetic renewal cues to help adapt to new trends and demands of our guests.”
Originally called the Hotel El Fuerte, the Fuerte Marbella Hotel was opened in July 1957 from the remains of the old Fort St. Louis, which gave not only its name to the that first location, but also the entire chain.
