Hayaca is an innovative space with cheerful and informal atmosphere full of Andean touches and exotic elements. This restaurant will offer you a culinary proposal that is located on the terrace of the Am\u00e0re Marbella Beach Hotel<\/strong><\/a>, a restaurant that under the orders of the award-winning chef Mauricio Giovanini, puts on your plate the most delicious of Latin American cuisine. From June to September, Hayaca will merge some of the best known dishes from Colombia, Cuba, Peru, Argentina, Mexico or Brazil.<\/p>\n

Here you will find dishes as exquisite as the “turbot with stew of quinoa and oca potato with tamarillo sauce”, the “yucca with cheese foam and pickled chili”, especially recommended is the “cow rib with huancaina-style potatoes”, and for dessert, dare with a “tapioca with chanchanchara and guava ice cream”.<\/p>\n
