Gastrobar Camelot is an establishment that any good cuisine lover must visit, especially if you like, tapas in the city of Ronda. Located in one of the most popular areas of the city, its success is based on the variety and quality of its tapas, combining traditional and Andalusian cuisine but with innovative touches.
Some of its specialties include mini burgers and grilled pork which is cooked in an open plan kitchen. But to these dishes we must add others, such as the best shellfish in Huelva, different types of meat, migas, Jerez kidneys, etc., many of them for just a euro per tapa.
Tragatá
Tapas bar located on a busy pedestrian street. It features a terrace and an actual assembly line, with several slate boards informing the guests about offers and menus. Elaborated with traditional but updated ingredients.
Quinto Tramo

Cerveceria la giralda
This typical tapas bar can be found on Nueva Street, a very popular street. Bar la Giralda, where the presentation of its tapas cannot be improved, offers pinchitos, pastries, salmon rolls, prawn brochette, fry-ups, and aubergine with molasses… and don’t forget the best, its wide variety of tapas, the whitebait served with fried eggs and an excellent oxtail.
Bar La Giralda is a place frequented by the locals, at the centre of the city. Good service and value for money.
Taberna Café Tropicana

Bar Patatin Patatan

La Taberna
You’ll find La Taberna at the very centre of Ronda, on Plaza del Socorro. This bar has excellent tapas, such as curry prawns, lamb skewers, white garlic, spinach flamenquín, goat cheese with caramelized onions, etc. They are all delicious and at an unbeatable price.

El Lechuguita
El lechuguita is a tiny bar on a corner of Ronda, although an essential stop for its friendly ambiance and vast array of tapas, we suggest you enjoy both the callos and the stuffed peppers. It’s also important to keep in mind you must arrive early, otherwise, you’ll be left out and wanting because, as we said, this place is tiny.
Carmen la de Ronda
Located on the Town Hall Square, this tapas bar is a splendid place where to enjoy an ‘always’ dish with an innovative twist, all garnished with extremely friendly service. Keep in mind that, as El Lechuguita, this place is also tiny, holding only 9 tables; so, despite providing an intimate and cosy space, you must arrive early.
Bodega El Socorro
La Bodega El Socorro is a classic Ronda tapas bar and, for many visitors as well as locals, its tapas are some of the best in Ronda, highly recommended are the liver skewers which, despite being quite simple, are delicious.
Cervecería Los Caracoles
This place is more than a tapas bar, it’s a gathering joint where you’ll enjoy some of the specialties that make you think of homemade. We guarantee that once you set foot in this bar, it shall become your favourite. In addition to the spectacular tapas, they also have great wines, including Pedro Ximenez, Amontillado, Oloroso, and many more for you to spend a joyful night with good friends.
Cervecería 0 grados
This is one of the most famous breweries in Ronda. If you feel like tasting the delicatessen options Andalucía offers by enjoying a nice cold beer, this is the perfect place. Its menu tends to change with the seasonal market, but they nearly always have an enormous variety of fish and seafood tapas for quite an affordable price.
Bodega San Francisco

This cute cellar is located in one the neighbourhoods of Ronda with the most history, Barrio San Francisco. Also, to the delight of diners, it is located near three important natural parks, Grazalema, los Alcornocales and Sierra de la Nieves.
Its menu is primarily based on the area’s traditional cuisine, obviously very influenced by the Mediterranean, so it can offer its customers an extensive range of delicious and also healthy dishes in which they always use the highest quality and local produce. Also, its wine cellar is very spacious, though as with its cuisine, the locally produced wines have special importance.

Hotel Fuerte Grazalema
Another option to finish the day in Ronda is to stay at Fuerte Grazalema hotel and admire the beautiful sunsets facing Grazalema Natural Park from your pool and Jacuzzi. This hotel, one of the most recommended places in the area for its quality, tradition and service, has become a place to stay in at least once in your lifetime. It also has a small farm, spacious rooms, a restaurant with a unique view and a cuisine based on local products. Pets are also allowed.
Went to Tropicana since it was rated #1 on TripAdvisor. While the service was pleasant, the food was severely lacking in flavor and was quite expensive for what you got. It also is about a 20 minute walk from town, which I feel was not worth it. Wish I had tried one of the other restaurants on this list instead.
